Kacee recommended a great installer and was very helpful when picking my product. Irma sent me pics of the Quartz slabs before I ordered. I bought 2 slabs of Quartz and the color was not what I ordered. It was already fab & installed, so I was very concerned I would get stuck. Mardig was willing to offer me a deal and Irma was working hard with the manufacturer to get new product or my money back. The dealer you choose to work with does make a difference. This is a supplier that understands quality, comment & service.
I went in ready to buy 5 slabs and an older gentleman who talked to me had a really heavy accent and was very unprofessional. I gave him some measurements and he got aggressive with me and kept going on about how they don't sell pre-fabricated pieces. Which I understand they don't. All I was looking for was the slabs. I remained calm and also asked him for prices and his tone and aggressive behavior didn't change. One star all the way! Would give zero if possible ¡DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
Great selection, prices, and customer service. I wish I would have came straight here instead of wasting my time at all the other places!
