Over the years, I've framed my son's artwork, because he's a really good artist. I took some original work in to have it framed for his birthday. That was in August. I just picked it up last week on October 6th. My order was put on the back burner because it wasn't a priority. I also wasn't going to get the matting that I asked for, had I not come in and stopped it from being done. The matting I requested, he didn't have, but instead of letting me know, he was going to use something he had lying around. I wasn't happy about that, so asked him to order the matting I requested. It took way more time than it should have. Also, once my order was done, he didn't even call me to let me know, even though he claimed that he did. My phone records all calls! So, I don't recommend this place unless you have LOTS of time to waste!
