This family run business is a prime example of what made America the great country that it is. As a real estate broker I look for, recommend and use only the best service providers for my clients. The characteristics I need a septic company to demonstrate: Breadth and depth of knowledge. Fairness in pricing. Accuracy and quality work and detailed inspection. My buyers must be fully informed and aware of not only the current condition of the septic system, but any possible issues that may show up. Ned Carnet, family and team have provided me and my clients with affordable inspections and exception service. They give accurate advice, which has saved money and alleviated fears and risk of the unknown. They are extremely honest and ethical and while I do give my clients a minimum of three local providers, Ned Carnet is number 1.
Our septic system started to overflow the day after Christmas, shortly before family was coming over. I called Carnett Septic and as luck would have it, they were heading out and could stop by our house on the way. 20 minutes or so later they arrived, and Ned was able to fish out the now-hidden septic cover and find the filter. Very nice folks, and reasonable prices. This was an exceptionally pleasant experience, quickly resolved.
Reasonable price. (Doesn't take credit cards) Very personable, nice and professional. They gave me advice, and information, for now and later. Will use them again.
This is perhaps the best company for septic tank pumping in the area. They are professional, speedy and honest. This is my second time in ten years that they have helped with a septic problem and both times I was happy with their service. Thank you!
