Just went in to shop for a microwave. I had already been to Home Depot and Lowes in Folsom. Those big box store employees were not very helpful. One told me that the kind of microwave I was looking for didnt even exist (it does!). I was relieved to have an intelligent conversation at A-1. We found what we needed and have ordered it. This was our second time working with them. The first time, they came out to repair our washing machine. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and good prices. Next time I will just start here instead of going to the big stores.

Edward's A-1 Appliance is great! It's the people there that help you. Their people are always friendly and knowledgeable, they find the obscure part as well as the common.
