So far I have scheduled 3 times (2 yesterday and one today) and the sales rep Peter failed to show up at all - no notifications from Empire on late arrival/no arrival of sales rep. I scheduled again for tomorrow, but I am actively looking for other carpeting options in my area - I REALLY don’t want to give any commission to this jerk and Empire customer service has not been helpful in any way.

I am a repeat customer with Empire Today. My most recent experience was no different. Easy to order, easy to schedule. The financing makes it easy to take on any size project, and the installation is efficient and very professional. Highly Recommend!!!
