First of all, I absolutely loved how quickly I got an appointment just by text a short explanation of what we needed. Their communication system is the best I’ve ever dealt with, simple to use and efficient. Russell re-hooked up our hot water heater recirculating pump properly so that it finally works and he also set the timer for us. He called ahead and was on time, explained things really well things, wore his mask and was one of the most delightful repair techs we’ve ever had come to our home. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Great company!! We had an issue with our water heater. We called In Demand Plumbing at night and someone was available the next day. Josh came out and gave us several options, along with price quotes. We decided to have the water heater replaced. An appointment was set for the next day and Josh was able to not only replace the water heater but he arrived over an hour early after calling to make sure it was okay! The new model is a highly rated one and from a reputable manufacturer. We are happy with this company and are thankful for the professionalism and courtesy ... great job guys!!

We’ve used In Demand for several years on various plumbing jobs. Recently I needed help flushing our water heater, and had them come out. They took care of it no problem, and also showed me what to do for maintaining the heater in the future.nnI have recommended In Demand to friends who have also used them, and had great experience on the work performed.

Needed a repair on our shower ASAP, and In Demand Plumbing was able to do a same day appointment. Russell was early, which was great. Very friendly (especially with our puppy jumping all over him!)and professional, great quality work and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will use for future plumbing services!
