We've been using Flores at Thermador Group for 15 years and each and every time he's been to our home we've had a 5-star experience. He is honest and fast, polite, and very kind. What more can you ask for? And, he can fix absolutely anything. Do not hesitate in calling Flores or any of his peers at Thermador Group...they are quite simply the best. I'm very happy cause my refrigerator is working like new.

I first called Thermador Group because our fridge stopped working while the freezer was fine. Fun times, The young lady that I spoke to book us for the first available which was about a day and a half out. he apologized profusely, as he understood the urgency, but she advised that was the soonest they could do. However, he called me back maybe 90 mins later and advised that she was able to squeeze us in for the end of the day! SCORE! Roger, the tech called to confirm the time and arrived promptly. He was extremely polite, extremely friendly, and very professional. He explained exactly what the issue was, showed it to us, and explained the associated costs. He also managed to get the cost way down for us. He explained roughly when he would be able to return tomorrow morning to get the work done. I've no doubt we'll have any issues in the morning, and I'll update accordingly. But suffice it to say, thus far customer service by everyone has been outstanding!

Washington was our technician. We called all over town to find someone to fix our Sub Zero freezer. He called back promptly, came out on Saturday, and had it all done in less than 2 hours. It is working great. Excellent communication, quality work, courteous, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing an appliance repaired. Washington, you are the best. We were very pleased with Ronald at Thermador Group and his service on our washer. We called him and he fit us in at the end of his busy day. After diagnostics, he returned the next day with the part and got the washer working again. He is very professional and courteous and we will definitely use him again.

Our fridge started making weird noises and suddenly seem to stop working. I called various appliance companies to fix it, but due to quarantine, they couldn't. I called Thermador Group and technician Steven arrived promptly on time and gave EXCELLENT service. I would 10/10 recommend! These guys are GREAT!!
