Pest work at my house was scheduled to start at end of December. They pushed off the work for 2 weeks, and then again indefinitely saying “they would call me to reschedule”. They offered no explanation as to why. After not hearing from them until February I called and they said they were a month out.nnOnce work commenced at the end of February there was very poor communication about when they would work (work hours) and what they were doing. Finally they finished work and then I was pestered about final payment. Damage was done to the interior drywall since they were a little careless when they were doing the work from the outside. The patched the holes, but now I have repainting to do.nnNot very pleased with their work quality or customer service.
