FedEx Ground

My package got delayed due to weather. Really? Weather? The weather is perfect! A little bit hot but it's always hot this time of year. We're in the Mojave desert. Maybe they're all wearing masks in 105° weather trying to escape a virus that dies in 80° weather.

Ordered stuff online, paid a bit more to get it in time for a gift not only was it delayed a but tracking date changed to "pending" nothing saying when or where it is. I had to call only to find out what it meant, and that I cant pick it up at the DC it's at i have to wait until its delivered. I will always recommend not using fedex.

Cuz they deliver quick and fast.

Paid to receive my package within 3-5 business days and it has been over a week now. 2 days ago it finally said out for delivery in my city and then today I got an alert that it could not be delivered cause my address is incorrect. I double checked online through the website I purchased the item and on track my order and my address is correct, it has all the needed information for them to find my place of residency. So I called Fedex and they said that they don’t have my address on their file and that now they will charge me $20 to have it resent to the warehouse and have another shipping label printed off. So I called the company I purchased the item and confirmed with an agent that the address on file is correct and has all the correct information sent to Fedex to have it shipped to my house. So I called Fedex back and asked why didn’t the delivery driver call me with any questions cause we have been hole all afternoon, all he had to respond was uhhhh.... I don’t know.... but now it will take at least another 24hrs or until they can send it to a different facility to resend it. All I asked is if I could change the form of delivery and pick it up myself, which I didn’t want to do in the first place because it is a large package, but I have been waiting over a week now and it’s going to be probably another week. So much for “3-5” business days, and customer service was no help.

They delivered my packages to the wrong house. My address #'s are clearly visible from the street, driver made no attempt to deliver to my house. I contacted their customer service department and they act like they don't care.
