Needed a sewer line replaced on short notice and Bay Star stepped up strong. Expert advice avoided problems in the future with a concrete project and he worked fast and efficiently.

I called Tony to install gas lines to a new fireplace insert and range in my home and was very impressed with a number of things:n- He was available sooner than most other companies I called (some had waiting lists that were months out and he was able to schedule within a month of my call);n- He kept to within his initial proposed budget;n- He looked for ways to keep the cost down and provided detailed receipts;n- When the building department and inspector requested additional items not planned for, he arranged his schedule to return the next day to avoid any delay (and passed the inspection);n- His rates were much lower than the average plumber (maybe because it's a small company and he doesn't have much overhead);n- He sent the invoice paperwork promptly for my records;n- Most importantly, he did a great job and is a super-nice guy - very pleasant and easy to work with!nI will definitely call Tony again for future plumbing work - I couldn't ask for a better plumber and highly recommend him!

The hot water stopped working in our shower and Bay Star fixed it with the quickness.
