Pick up service??? What are you talking about? I PERSONALLY went there only 1 TIME (glad it was only once) about 2 months ago and since google maps keep reminding me of leaving feedback thats what I did! DON'T COME AND THREAT! Im just sharing my personal experience, besides you just confirmed you sell the tape if people forget their own and IT IS TRUE THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST 1 HR THERE besides now YOU JUST SHOWED TO THE PEOPLE AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS how good you handle bad reviews... THREATENING PEOPLE!!! SO BEWARE CUSTOMERS!!! IF YOU WRITE BAD REVIEWS THEN PREPARE TO BE THREATENED!!!nTerrible customer service by the woman owner. They make you feel as if they were doing you a favor instead of offering a service!!! Also the time to send a 20 by 20 box is at least 1 hour so be prepared to spend 1 hr if there is none else before you, if there is another person before you so its about 1.40hrs, try not to send loose items cuz you have to name every single thing, if you need a little piece of tape FORGET IT they sell to you a whole roll of tape more expensive than walmart or target NOT WORTH TO DO BUSINESS HERE good thing they are not the only ones in the area
