Really would rather support small business vs big box in town, but hard to when you are lied too and given a different story every time I went in. Tried to have them come out to Brewster to repair my washing machine that was showing “over suds” error. They never Showed up twice and when they finial should up my daughter had just left for work at 330pm. They made all appointments between 9am and 4pm. Thanks for narrowing it down and waist for 3 times waiting. I finally took the machine to them and was told they could fix my washing machine. When en I returned to the store, because they never called, I was told it would be to expensive to repair I should by a new one. The cost of a similar machine $899.00. Then when I call to pick up the machine I was told they could have fixed it for $118 plus $28 per quarter hour. I wanted to just pick up machine and take it to a real and honest repair shop. They took it to the dump already. Now I have to try and find in at the dump.nnSo sad that I was giving such conflicting stories and told anything to make me buy a new one. Very upsetting because I originally bought my machine from them. This is why big box is killing small businesses.

This company needs to address it's communication issues with the Individuals that take calls as well as set up appointments.nAbsolutely Horrifying front of the house customer service skills.nnSeptember 8th techs came out to Identify problem with ice maker.nParts needed to be ordered and I would get a call when they arrived.nnCalled September 27th to come out and fix on 28th but couldn’t due to dr. appointment. Said they would have to re schedule and hung up on me.nnCalled them on November 6th for an update because they never called back. Said Tuesday November 10th 9:30 am.nnCalled Tuesday at 12:30 pm to see if they were still coming out.nSaid they would call me right back to let me know.nnCalled them back at 3:00 pm only to find out the part they received was damaged and have to order new and again hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. My mother and I went to use the laundry mat that they service, LaDoux's Laundry Mat, and had the worst experience. We spent 8.00 on 2 loads, and when we pulled out our clothes they were COVERED in black sludge. There was no sign of dirt in the machine prior to putting them in, so I believe they are not properly maintained and the dirt most likely was from the inner ridge where it collects. Frustrated, we pulled them out and rewashed them in a jumbo machine, for 6.00. We came back after about 20 minutes, and the cycle had stopped before it even got to a rinse cycle, and would not restart unless we put another 6.00 in. Not willing to put any more money into this place, we loaded up our SOAKING wet, still dirty, half sudsy clothes. Drove over to LaDoux's appliance and I went in to speak with them since they did not answer the phone. When I go in, the lady there was nice enough and took down all of my information, telling me she would have the techs go check the machines out first thing Monday morning, and would call me ASAP (this was on Friday) She let me know that other customers had been complaining about those machines as well, and they would refund us when a tech could determine there was an issue. Sure enough, Monday rolls around and NO CALL. I give it until Tuesday, and still no call. So I call them once more, and get no answer. I leave a voicemail asking that they call me back, pointing out they never returned my previous voicemail. Hours pass, nothing. Now it's Wednesday. I drive there yet AGAIN, and when I go in the lady informs me that oh yeah, they went out and there isn't anything wrong with the machines so there is nothing they can do.nnIt would have been one thing if they had the courtesy to contact me like they said, or even return my voicemail after NOT being contacted like they promised. However being blatantly ignored and then talked to so nonchalantly when I came in was just downright disrespectful. If you have an issue with anything, don't expect this company to do anything to go out of their way to help you.

When I was putting a new stereo system and subwoofer in my car, they were helpful in quickly allocating all of the parts I needed and for a good price. Sure, you’ll probably pay a little less at a big retail store, but you’ll spend a lot more time dealing with someone who isn’t as knowledgeable as the folks at LaDoux’s. Overall very friendly and great service. 10/10 would go again

Long time customers of 15 + years for all our major appliances. Wanting to support this small business but never again. Not sure what changed with them but will not be going back due to the poor customer service and the fact will not return phone calls. Customer service is severely lacking.
