I just liked their food. I always get good service there. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always friendly. Will come back again.

Finally, this place has new owners and new management! You can already tell the difference. The staff are friendly. The portions are good, and the food is fresh. The previous owners must not have cared much. They let the place get a terrible reputation, the last 2 years. I'm glad to see there is a dedicated and working owner, now. Dickey's has always had great BBQ. Now, finally we will have a good quality restaurant, again. Give them another chance. I'm happy that I did!

So this is the first time I've been here and the two girls that helped me were super friendly and very helpful. My issue here was the food was not that great and the pricing was ridiculously high for what I got. Skip the green beans as they were terrible and didn't even eat them because they were so bad. I will probably never come back here just because the price is so high compared to what you can get Elsewhere for a lot less and more quality food but with that being said I was very happy with the service in the clean facilities

I ordered the XL family pack on 04-18-2020 which is supposed to feed six to eight people. Below is a picture of the spareribs. There has been nothing taken out of the box.... Mind you, the ribs were about 4 inches long. The were so hard that when you bit into the meat, the bones broke.nI had also ordered chicken breasts. I received 2 fully intact pieces of chicken breast, but underneath was lots of shreds, like someone scrape the cutting board and put it in the box and covered it with two pieces of pepperoni size chicken breasts. I called them back several times, requesting a phone call back. So far no answer..nBy the way, I paid $168.35 for this meal!!!nnCameron,nI already responded to the email address that you posted. I have not gotten a response back.

Everything was really good especially the brisket, I had to get a order of it to go. The staff was really friendly very professional. I highly recommend Dickeys Barbecue Pit.
