I purchased a name plate bracelet for my daughter here and im satisfied with how her name came out. Staff was very helpful in suggesting ideas and helping to put the bracelet on my daughter lol. Definitely coming back!

Bought a 14k gold chain and pendant from shaq and he gave me a huge discount and it was the cheapest price from all the other jewelers from the mall they were also very nice and their customer service was A1 definitely going there again.

Spent $360 on a chain that broke after wearing it 3 times. Tried to bring it back and SHAQ told me that he would swap out the chain. That chain also broke as the small jesus piece was too heavy for it. Then SHAQ went off, when I tried to exchange it! Poor service with a MAD AT AMERICANS attitude. Treated most customers, Black and Latino like roaches/crap. This place will most likely shut down soon due to the foul service! Don't purchase here as you will be disappointed.
