I was moving and ended up using Granada for 2 separate flooring jobs this month - a small carpet job and a bigger hardwood/carpet job. Had a great experience with both. Mona was really responsive and gave me multiple cost effective options for the materials. She took lots of time to get my agent and me set up with the exact right product. The installers were amazing and worked extra hard to keep the job on schedule. They didn't cut corners, it was a really high quality job all around. Highly recommended, would definitely call them again no question!
We chose to shop for carpet and vinyl flooring at Granada and we are so glad we did. Ali, the owner was very helpful in guiding us through the many choices available to us and went out of his way to help us make good style, value and cost effective decisions. The day after we placed our order, he contacted the manufacturer when he discovered that the carpet we chose was back ordered and would not be available anytime soon. The next day, he came to our home with alternative, comparable samples and helped us make a substitution that worked out very well. He introduced us to his foreman and supervised the installation making sure that all details were covered. We cannot recommend Ali and Granada more highly. He is really great to work with.
We called Granada Floors on a Friday and Ali came out that afternoon to our house and showed us some floor samples and give us an estimate. When we decided to get our floors done, Ali and his team came out and did our whole downstairs in a day and a half! His team was very professional and our house looks totally different. We are so happy with the work Granada Floors has done and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional company that uses quality materials at a good price and provides excellent service.
