These people are extremely unprofessional. They can't tell difference from a DIY project and actual damage. Called out water leak after it rained. They evidently prey upon people looking for a cleared inspection for refi or to purchase a house. The call out as much as they can and offer to fix and a crazy price. They even noted that the smoke / CO2 detectors were missing or not operating, but it was this company that replaced them two years ago. They want $200 to replace batteries. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
