While I was waiting for a part to my heater, the call service will always keep me updated and say we haven't forgot about you. Very professional and polite. Work was done great!!

Rob at Kelaire saved us during a 10 day heatwave with temps hitting 100° daily. Combined with the smoke from surrounding fires, we were shut up in the house with no AC and unable to keep windows open. I had back surgery scheduled and have been a long time customer, so Rob helped move along the installation of new AC and furnace. Rob and his crew were on time, explained everything, and got the new equipment up and running beautifully in one day. I will keep using Kelaire for as long as I'm in this house! Couldn't be happier...thanks Kelaire!

After doing a ton of research, decided on a 2 stage / Carrier dual fuel (heat pump and furnace) system. After multiple bids; Kel-Aire was the obvious choice to install our new HVAC. Their professionalism, communication, and honesty during the bidding was apparent from day one. Moreover, the bid itself was very competitive compared to the other highly reviewed businesses in the area.nnFor the install: the crew arrived on time, and took the time to make sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Their techs worked with the manufacturer directly to make sure our dual fuel system not only worked, but did so in the most efficient way possible (the whole point of choosing this system). The units have worked flawlessly in the weeks since the install, but if anything did happen, I have 100% confidence in Rob and his crew to make it right.

My heating unit ducts came apart. It was serviced by Kel-Aire in Rodeo, CA. Sean, P. did an awesome job and he was patient an understanding. He even came back on the way to another job and changed my thermostat. ud83cudf96Thank you, all of the employees at Kel-Aire Heating and Air Conditioning.
