I'm giving a 2 Star since they started off attentive . I was planning to attend the Olympics in Japan in August. I have paid about $500 toward trip when it was announced it would be postponed to 2021. I reached out on March 23rd to ask about changing the dates and I have not heard from them.

I am an empty nester who is finally looking to traveling and putting myself first for a change. Being that I’m not as technically inclined as some and and I also need to budget my money, THRILL-GO-TRAVEL is the complete package. The customer services is impeccable and the process is easy. Just tell them where you want to go, make your payments every month, check your email and get ready to go on your trip!!! I just came back from visiting my family and everything was customized so I could make the most out of my time there not fuss around with traveling arrangements.
