Costco Pharmacy

We have been going to this outcome for about six years. Great help, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even the ones you don’t know treat you like a friend. We couldn’t be happier with this pharmacy and this store. If we have to be out of town when it’s time for a refill we just make arrangements and go to the Costco in that area. Prescriptions, clothes, house supplies, yard supplies, car supplies and food. What else do you need?

I had my doctor electronically sending a prescription to this Costco pharmacy for the first time because my regular pharmacy didn’t have the medicines i needed at the moment. So I called to confirm, they said it just came in and got it filled in 20 minutes. When I came to pick it up, the gentleman named Merrill was so nice helping me at the check out. It was my first time using GoodRx app for prescription discount and he patiently walked me through steps, got a huge discount. I was so surprised how unbelievable low price it was compared to other places that I have been to. I couldn’t be happier. Definitely I'm moving all my prescriptions over with the next refill. Excellent customer service!!! Very friendly, fast, informative and efficient.

If only they could give the option of less than a star. My review is of the absolutely horrible Customer service and lack of communication that this pharmacy offered on my wife's last visit. We are uninsured so we shop around for the best price before we go fill our prescriptions. We use a well known and commonly accepted prescription card called Good Rx that was given out at our doctors office. We've used it many times here at Costco and other pharmacies. When my wife dropped off the prescriptions she told them we have Good Rx... After 40min of wait; which in itself is ridiculous, she gets back in line for pick up too see if it's done or why it's not done. After another wait in line to pick up she gets a person who isn't at all willing to go beyond her checker duties and reluctantly disappears to get someone in the back... When she comes back with the prescription the price is more than double the Good Rx price quote and when my wife questioned the price the lady says you should've told them it was a Good Rx now we'll have to re-fill the prescription and you'll have to wait again. So my wife says can you get someone back there i did tell them. Then the lady says we'll im going on my break now so you will have to tell another person your problem. My wife ended up in tears walking out of Costco with her over priced prescription because of laziness, incompetence and nobody listening or being willing to help. NEVER again will we ever use Costco pharmacy again thanks to this very poor experience.

Very fast and efficient. Prescription ready in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and courteous. Prices same or lower than other discount pharmacies.

So many issues lately and so slow. Many of the employees are very nice but some seem very incompetent.
