The Shane Company is truly an outstanding jewelry shopping experience.nnThey may be considered a chain organization in name only.nnI have shopped there a number of times and every time I dealt with highly knowledgable and patient sales staff. Each visit was absolutely pressure free and each sales staff member allowed me to take all the time necessary to make a fully informed purchase

Unprofessional employees. I made an appointment a week in advance, and when I get there, they say they have no record of my appointment, even though I show it to them on my phone. They say I can wait. It will be a minimum of 45 minutes. Why would I schedule an appointment if I wanted to wait? I left and sent them a text telling them how I really felt. The responded by blaming their system. I will never spend a penny at this place ever!

Very friendly staff very easy to go get your jewelry cleaned after you bought it here and they warranty it for life as long as you bring it in every 6 months or around that amount of time really impressed with their quality of service would highly recommend buying all of your jewelry from here My fiance loves her ring ud83dudc8d

I attempted to buy my fiancé’s wedding band at Shane Co. But after my experience at the Walnut Creek location, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After making a long drive to visit the location once, I set up a second appointment to view two rings that weren’t in stock. The staff told the rings were being transferred to the store for me to view. When I arrived for my next appointment, I was really disappointed to find out they had no record of a transfer request for one of the rings, and the other ring had already been sold in the store before I had a chance to see it. After two unsuccessful trips, I tried to make the most of my time at the store and decided to base my decision off similar styles that were available for me to view. I made the decision to purchase a wedding band and was really excited to get it engraved and mailed to me. When the ring arrived in the mail, I opened the box and realized they had engraved and sent me the wrong ring! Customer service told me I had to make the trip to the store for a third time to drop off the ring they had sent me. I just returned the ring in store and the customer service staff didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the mix up. So I’m not wasting anymore time on trying to give Shane Co my business.

I've been looking for a GREAT place to purchase an Engagement ring for my future fiance', & was told to check out Shane Co. I was a little sceptical at first I didn't want just an ordinary ring or something everyone else has, but there selection of Settings as well as Stones was AMAZING.. I worked with Naomi Slater & she was absolutely AMAZING she went above & beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction she took the time to explain everything, was very patient & very informative. I highly recommend Naomi as well as Shane Co. For anything. If I could give her a rating 1-10 id give her a (15/10) 5 ud83cudf1fs for sure.. She ROCKS..!!!
