Had a decent experience. The representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying anything. He gave me several options and answered every question I had. My only concern was he could have been more attentive when it came down to purchasing the ring. Updates on when the ring will be in and why it took a while to receive the ring after paying in full. I had to reach out personally to find out. Customer service could have been better, as far as offering water, etc especially when deciding to make a big purchase with a well established jeweler. Overall they have great product and are knowledgeable. Customer service could improve.

I came in today without an appointment to see Jeremiah. Unfortunately, he was with another customer. Jeremiah asked his colleague, Jake to assist us. Jake took the time and show us the item that we eventually purchased. He explained the functions of the item. We felt very comfortable of the purchase. This business has been around for a long time. Customer service is outstanding.

My husband and I came here looking to replace an engagement ring, I was looking for something similar, but of course better. We always try to buy from family owned businesses whenever possible, so when I was searching here on Google I looked for 3 things. Of course best reviews, being family owned, and also being around for more than 30 years, so we went to Davidson & Licht. We had the pleasure of Orlando assisting us, he was very helpful at helping design a ring to my desire, and it turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined. We also had a deadline that we hoped to have it done by, and he was able to make that happen for us, with a few days to spare too! I couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service from professional, courteous and passionate team. I have purchased several watches from D&L and now consider them my only AD in procuring hard to find pieces. Orlando has helped me with my selections and I highly recommend his services in particular. 5 start experience after the sale for any kind of services that your watch might require, as well

Everyone at Davidson is professional and hospitable. I have always received great service from Orlando, Jeremiah, and Ruslana. I have to give a special shout out to Orlando and Jeremiah for a recent acquisition, and helping me find a very special piece.
