This has been a long awaited review I needed to write for the amazing team at Forevermark, Hank, Dave, Amy & Alexis have been amazing. My brother was planning a surprise proposal and I wanted to get my sister and sister in law to be sister rings.... my fiancé had done some much research on Forevermark already and we’ve made some purchases here previously I found the perfect sister rings for my sisters but they had to be made/ordered. My brother proposed on July 25th and I had put in the order about 4 weeks prior. With the Covid pandemic delays are to expected with custom jewelry but the team assured me that I would have all 3 rings ready and delivered before my departure to LA. I had an early morning flight on July 24th and needed all 3 rings by July 23rd and it came down to the wire! Dave was so gracious enough to stay after hours until he got possession of the rings and meet with my fiancé to deliver them so I would have all 3 rings to surprise my sisters. The rings came out so nice! I was so happy with my purchase and being able to gift something that will be with the 3 of us forever! I really can’t thank the team enough for going above and beyond to satisfy my needs and just always treating me like a VIP client whenever I visit or message them. Thank you again for the beautiful rings and the 5 star white glove service.

If you're looking for that fairytale, movie-like feeling and the perfect ring, look no further! I don't even know where to start. Forevermark will always hold a special place in our hearts. I had been to Tiffany's, a Brilliant Earth showroom and a few other jewelers around the bay area. I just never felt that perfect feeling I had dreamt of. My husband and I had been looking for the perfect ring for months (bless him for entertaining this) but nothing ever felt or looked quite right. So we decided to visit Walnut Creek and I saw that Forevermark had all 5-star reviews. The instant we walked in, we were greeted by Hank and Aime. They immediately made us feel welcome, they let me try on anything I wanted and we spent about 30 mins there going over all my options. They both were SO kind, informative and really made us feel at home. I knew as soon as I tried on my ring that it was the one I wanted. Hank went above and beyond to make sure it was absolutely perfect. He even changed my mind to get a wedding band that I had never considered. He followed up with me over text on the status of my ring, he was prompt and professional. Aime gave us a gift bag with a toy for my dog, a ring cleaner, etc etc. When I went to pick up the wedding band, they had another gift for us and Hank wrote us a personalized note. I truly don't think there is anywhere better. Just walk in and you'll see what I mean. Thank you SOOOO MUCH HANK AND AIME!!!

Forever Mark is such a beautiful store. They have the most epic and stunning display of diamonds and jewelry that I have seen in the East Bay yet. Hank Stenner is a fantastic host as well. He gave me a wonderful tour through the displays and is very knowledgeable about the product. Not to mention Hank has a great communication style and is easy to talk to. I always look forward to popping by this store while downtown.

I recently visited Forevermark and I was pleasantly greeted by Amie who assisted me while browsing the jewelry. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel comfortable. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect ring. I would definitely go back to see her again!

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, right? Walked in and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome by Amie. The best thing was that she didn’t rush me into getting anything. She took her time telling me about each piece and was very knowledgeable. Go look for Amie!
