Wayne at Thermador Group was very helpful and polite. I had two appliances that I thought were having problems, and although one of them was perfectly fine, he still checked everything on it just to be sure there was no problems. Was able to order a part for my fridge and get it replaced for me very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone - a really friendly company. Their office staff was also very polite and helpful when I called for information and service! They were able to get me a time slot as quickly as possible and at a day/time that was most convenient for me.

Our fridge stopped cooling completely after buying a week's worth of groceries. We called Thermador Group after reading the online reviews and requested a visit. They fit us in at the last minute and were on time with a call 15 minutes before to confirm he was on the way. Our fridge needed some detailed work and Dan had to come back the next day. He was thoughtful and explained what he was doing. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. We now have our appliance repairman for life!

KUDOS! I would like to commend the work of your technician. It was him that displayed a thorough and masterful approach while fixing my refrigerator ice maker problem. Needed my dryer repaired Wayne came right out and fixed it in less than an hour. He is not just fast at responding but he works quickly and fixes things correctly the first time. He is a very polite and friendly guy as well. Wayne will always be my go-to guy for repairs. If you need any repairs I highly recommend Thermador Group. You won't be disappointed.

Thank you guys of Thermador Group for working during this hard time. Technician Eric was polite, professional, and fast. He fixed my oven in a timely manner and works well as new! 5 stars for Eric and Thermador Group! I will definitely use them again in the near future.
