I love both Smith's pharmacies, I recently switched from Bluff to Mall Dr. due to the location of the drive through... this one is way better to access since Walgreen's is not right there like at Bluff St. Also, the line here has never been nearly as long. I sat in a long line once and have been through the drive through like 10 times. Very happy so far that I made the switch to this Smith's Pharmacy, I also prefer this store for groceries and gas, too and love that it's close to The Orange Peel.

Called in to check on our order. The guy told us he would not make it till they got our insurance card. So we got over there at 8:50pm and they were all locked up in their drive thru. So I went in and they were locked up inside also. The ladies were pretty rude and were not willing to help even though they closed early! So if you plan to get your meds here go early! I will not be returning.

Friendly pharmacy tech who helped me quickly, and when I was sick he also was able to get me over the counter cough syrup! So great job!

Wow so my wife just brought home a script for my 3 year old that was supposed to be liquid but was in pill form. When she pointed that out, she was told “Well that’s how it was called in, you can just crush them up”. Way to give some pharmacological guidance equivalent to a back alley drug dealer. As an RN, I find this pretty disturbing and just flat out lazy to not attempt to get the prescription fixed.
