Very clean, organized, and the people working were nice! Only complaint was that we reserved a wait time and it went from 20 minutes to an hour then we still had to wait for a bit, but I know that isn't their fault. Maybe just a more accurate wait time estimate if they are doing reservations instead of waiting in line?
Clean. Well organized. A variety of selection for anyone. A lot of amazon gadgets. Good service, wipes down counter after each customer. And has sanitizer and mask at door for customers
I love this store! Super easy to navigate around and find what you're looking for. The kids section has everything from baby to toddler to young teen and it's very kid friendly. Love that you can check out using your Amazon account! Staff is also very nice and very helpful.
Family always has a good time coming here
It is a small physical book store. Kind of cool being able to walk around and look at books. Selection is not the largest and they their electronics on display. Magazine selection very small. Best part is being able to drop off returns to Amazon there for free. I returned some shoes there and was credited back to my account in a few hours. Much faster than listed on website. Only downside is parking. Little to no street parking. There is a parking structure behind them but it can fill up quickly. Narrow alley walkway to get out to the street.
