his is an email sent by a chaparone from irvgton high school in Fremont California.nOur school always uses Sierra Pacific Tours , you always provide excelente services. However our last trip with this driver isn’t somenting that myself and my school would like to remember forever.nWe just requested your guys services for our trip to DISNEY from may 18th to 20th, our buss driver that unfortunately we don’t know his name, because he did introduce himself , was unfortunately not a good experience to work with , to me , parents and specially our kids.nnAs you know they are high school kids , they tend to be loud a little , nothing out of extraordinary, and every time the kids were a little louder our driver shouted out loud saying that he was gonna stop the bus . He wound not stop yelling at the kids the whole trip , this trip was supposed to be remarkable and unforgettable to all and turned into a night mare .nWe will keep doing business with Sierra but this driver we will no accept.nBesides that he was driving to fast , head phones on and not a good attitude at all towards our kids .
