Very disappointing service. They said on their website that the movie I was going to see had closed caption (CC) service. When I arrived I got my CC device. But when the movie started I didn't see any caption so I spent the first 10 minutes trying to get the device working. Finally I went to the front desk and they gave my a new device. That device didn't work either. After the second time I went to the front desk I was told that the CC wasn't working for the auditorium I was in. So I wound up leaving as I wouldn't have enjoyed the movie without CC.nnReally disappointing that they didn't indicate on the website that CC was not working or that the staff gave me a CC device for a auditorium they knew CC didn't work in.
Incredibly disappointed in the luxe. The whole experience was gone. The bar was replaced with a generic snack bar and the food was horrible. No dine in service and that was my last visit.
What I do like is the cafe area they have before you sit before the movie to watch. What I don't like is that the servers walk in front of you when watching a movie.
If you haven't been bring your checkbook. Everything is top-notch. The service they provide it's impeccable. I have a good menu for a movie venue. The beverages are right on par with everything else. And they have great popcorn!
Best theater I have been too ever.. seat she very comfortable.. service was awesome.. cant wait to return and try more..
