6/14/20nnAudrey assisted me in this store a few months ago and was very helpful. I'm not sure if she's still there, or if their store has even reopened yet, but she was great! I should've posted this months ago!nnHe got resized, and we looked at a terrific selection of men's rings while she patiently explained difference in band materials, and stones,while gently considering our budget and style preferences. No pressure, just great customer service.
The staff at this Helzberg location was very friendly and were able to help me narrow down my selection on wedding/engagement bands. They have great plans for financing & after-purchase care.

I went in to ask some questions about a ring I had after zales where I bought them didnt seem to want to help me little did they know I was going to most likley buy a new one. And they sent me to other stores for a better price on sizing and recoating. I stopped at Helzberg on my way out. Amy helped us for about 25 min. Even thought we didnt by it there. She told me the ring was beautiful and could be resized for 45 dollar sless than zales I'm so happy Amy helped us and it was a great experience I will always go there from now on thanks Amy
