Theresa is such a lovely person and does an excellent job. She provides excellent customer service and even calls to provide updates. I have trusted her to repair several pieces of jewelry and I am always so impressed with her work. Her attention to detail and expertise shines through and you really feel the value in the cost. She is very honest and will always say during consult what can or can't be done and never overstate. I highly recommend her and will be happy continuing to using her services.

I had a couple of watch batteries replaced and some other work done on my watch. Very inexpensive compared to other watch repair places that I have been to. It is refreshing to do business with someone that doesn't try to rip me off.
