Without a doubt the greatest FBO that ever was, is or will be. NERD POWER!
Landed late at night just as the tower was closing. We were greeted by the Northgate staff who I am sure were just itching to get home. However, they patiently waited to make sure that my passenger and I had our hotel reservations and our fuel order in place before they kindly gave us a crew car to use to get to our hotel. The next morning we departed and I realized that I left my tablet behind in the crew car. Once again, the Northgate staff took care of me by shipping the tablet to my home in a box so well padded it could have survived a fall from my airplane.nnThank you so much Alicia and staff for all your help. You will see me again in the future.

This place is truely a gem to find. We flew a UH-60 from Fort Irwin to JBLM and had to stop at Northgate because we had been here before and knew it was awesome. We called a head of time and when we arrived were met by Alicia, the Chief Operating Officer. She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, to include some amazing sandwiches. As a bonus, the entire hanger is decorated with Star Wars items and painting everywhere. If I ever fly through the area again, Northgate Aviation will definitely be a pre-planned stop. Thanks Alicia!
