I would give it a 4 star because the majority of the time the main dining is great. But the inconsistency of the late night dining portion sizes is so unbelievably bad that it seems they are trying to mess up. Some nights when I order the chicken tenders I get a full meal like I paid for, and other nights I get barely any chicken, and still am hungry. Moral of the story is, unless it is necessary, try to stick to the main dining.
It's fine at the beginning, but as the semester progresses, the food drops in quality and freshness. Food options are totally basic and bland; some dishes can sometimes be undercooked. The only good thing they have there are the vegan desserts.
Its like a barracks.
Slow/unmotivated staff, small portions, low quality, and lunches begin to carry over into dinner as the year goes on. They make good meals that people like but very seldom. I think its to much work for them, and they would rather take the easier road.
