I was interested in getting a new roof and this company was installing a neighbor's roof. As is when a contractor shows up, other neighbors wanted to get bids, including myself. Each time I called, Julio, the owner, said he would come by to bid my job and then not show up. There were the usual excuses. Today I stayed at my home office all day. Sure enough, a no show and an excuse.nI guess Affordable Roofing and Julio do not need my business.nWhat if I needed Affordable Roofing for a repair....how long would I need to wait? I plan to go elsewhere for my roofing needs.

It was a miserable installation experience. Made a huge mess all around our house and then left it there for four days because of July 4th weekend. When the finished, they barely picked up. Got a nail through the tire, which I had to get repaired. Have found dozens of nails since.nAlso had a leak on first rain. They came out quickly to check it out. They claimed they fixed it. They didn’t. And I have never been able to get anyone out to look at it again.nNow, 15 months after installation, I get a notice from the city they never had the inspection done! They say the permit is still sitting open waiting to be inspected. If it doesn’t get done they say fines will happen. I will be sure they are all put on them.

He was the first business who answered the phone who was available to come fix a leak today.nFor a GREAT price, he found the leak, gave good recommendations for what needed to be done,, was super pleasant to work with and is in the middle of doing a great job.nEven with an active leak, its worth the wait to hire him!nFantastic response and he is stored in my phone as the only roofer I will ever call.

We had a circumstance where, after purchasing a home, a leak was present. Julio got to work without complaint and fixed the situation. When I learned that the previous person who hired him, stiffed him on the job, I knew that I would do business with him in the future, as his ethics are on par with mine.
