ZERO STARS - Big NOPE from me. Customer service woman at the front (and not the jeweler, with whom I had no chance to speak with) told me to take my Grandmothers' beautiful and unique ring (a prized and worthy possession) to a BEAD SHOP AND WIRE WRAP THE STONE TO WEAR AS A NECKLACE.... I couldn't believe it. This ring means so much to me. Am I in the movie Pretty Woman!? Was I obviously in the wrong place!??! TERRIBLE! SHAME!nnGo to Paradise Jewelers instead, you'll be glad you did. :)
