I knew what i wanted. The employees were kind and produced pieces for me to choose from. I wasnt rushed and i wasnt made to feel i needed to buy a more expensive piece like other places try to do. Very nice service. Answered all questions. Was in and out in 15 mins. So happy!

absolutely horrendous customer service. employee with light brown/dirty blonde hair was the most rude person i've ever encountered in customer service. will not be back. ever.

When we walked into DeVons years ago to to find a replacement for my wedding ring, Wade helped us find the perfect setting and stone, and has treated us wonderfully every time we have dealt with them! My favorite jeweler of all time!

Go here! Gorgeous craftsmanship, I got my engagement ring as well as both wedding bands here, and had a hard time deciding because of the details in the work. Lovely customer service with the sellers being very thoughtful and helpful. I had two different representatives help us (one for looking at engagement rings in May and one for wedding bands in July), and both were honest and trustworthy and worked hard to make sure we both found what we wanted. Their repair and maintenance plans are great and most things happen at no cost (for us soldering rings, sizing, and cleaning was included just for buying the jewelry). I will definitely be coming back here.

Dante and Gilbert were so helpful and welcoming. They each listened to what I was looking for and offered their every assistance in finding the perfect ring. Even after finding the perfect setting Dante researched an even more beautiful and economical design which made me even happier!! I will always recommend the family run businesses but this store in particular has the best staff!! I can’t wait to go in again!!
