Since working with Tim, Tech at Gecko Pest Control, we've had really great results! I would highly recommend them. Scheduling is easy by phone and they've always been able to fit me in pretty quickly. If we continue to see pests after our service they'll come by and spray the outside again at no charge! I was very impressed with Gecko's customer service. Initially when I called I talked with Megan. She was very informative about the process and pricing. This may seem like a given but I called other companies and they couldn't give me any of that information over the phone. This was definitely a major deciding factor.nAs for the service, I was booked for an arrival between 12-1. Tim called when he was on the way and was very prompt. When he arrived he was very nice and professional. The service was speedy but effective. Both Megan and Tim informed me that ants are resilient and may take a couple visits to fully get rid of them. After only a day I can already see a major difference! Their products are also organic and pet friendly!nMy husband and I will definitely be using them for any pest control needs and we will be recommending them to others. As business owners ourselves we love to support local businesses!
Tim at Gecko Pest Control is doing a great job at getting rid of ants inside and outside of my house. He is very professional, answers all my questions and is willing to come out to the house as often as needed to exterminate the ants and other bugs. His fees are reasonable. I am very happy with the service and gladly recommend Tim at Gecko to anyone needing pest control.
Gecko was extremely responsive and confirmed an appointment with me within hours of reaching out through Yelp messaging. Ross came to meet us on Monday, was super educational, and I felt comfortable with the plan that was made!
