Stone is inept at best, and malicious at worst. He suffers from an inflated sense of self-importance, and is incapable of being sincere; he prefers sarcasm over meaningful engagement. Personality halmarks include grandiosity, a lack of empathy for other people, and a need for admiration. These are not traits befitting a public servant.

Mayor Randall Stone is dedicated to the betterment of the entire city of Chico. He is incredibly smart with housing and humanitarian areas of need, two major issues that our area is dealing with following the disastrous Camp Fire. He takes on big issues despite the pressure from the opposition. He is willing to work hard at keeping unity within the city and keeping the door of communication open despite personal attacks against him. It's a shame to see so many false reviews on his behalf due to partisan bias. Chico is lucky to have him as our Mayor and a partner in keeping Chico a beautiful and kind place to raise a family.

Condescending, arrogant, grossly under qualified for his role. Not a representation of what the city of Chico wants. Insults people in the chambers and singularly calls out people by name. I watched first hand as he condescendingly put down a nice sweet lady while she was speaking in the chambers because she disagreed with the time the meeting was held. He makes insecure facial expressions while people talk. He has small man syndrome and a huge ego. Probably was picked on growing up and is drunk with power in his small role as Chico's mayor. Someone get this guy out of office.
