Super happy with my experience, I purchased a new wood stove and had them install it. Would for sure do it again.
We looked and looked to find a replacement for our 20 year old pellet stove. The people of SH&H spent time after time with us in their showroom even though we were slow to make a decision. We found the perfect pellet insert there and the subsequent installation and follow up were exactly in accordance with their promises.
Great buying experience. But for any maintenance or cleaning they don't seem to do this with the product.
I absolutely love my pellet stove that was installed last year. I can't believe how clean it burns. I have yet to have to clean out the ash as there is hardly any ash. You are the best Stan & Shirley. Thank you for the many years of service and knowing you.
