These folks are so great. Sasha will bend over backwards to help you find an item, but doesn’t push high priced pieces. She openly shares her knowledge about furniture painting even if you don’t buy her paints. She’s creative in her store arranging, making displays for holidays that utilize interesting objects you wouldn’t have thought of (antique bird cages with bats in them for Halloween!). And her inventory is constantly changing! (I’m not even a friend, just a local who loves to shop there).

We started using old town paints at our DIY workshop in October. We had really great luck with how everything turned out and loved the quality. Our last shipment in December arrived defective - and the owner Bobby has been avoiding helping us out. We asked for replacement/solution on a few other paints we received in previous orders with no resolve- this last order we requested a refund & he asked us to ship them back- we agreed yet asked for a shipping label to return them. He has not responded or emailed back with the label. We have $270 worth of unusable paints that he will not refund/replace. Bummer - was great customer service right off the bat (of course because we placed some larger orders) - it’s been made clear this is not someone we want to do business with. Best of luck, maybe need to have someone else help you take care of the customers representing your brand.
