We had a great experience. Our old dryer gave out, and foothill appliance had a gas dryer in stock. We made an appointment to have it installed within 4 days! When the installers came, they were courteous and friendly. After they removed our old dryer, they asked if I would like to clean the space before installing the new one. After installation, one of them went through the trouble of teaching us how to work the machine. I would definitely recommend foothill appliance!
Service person, Jason, came out two days after electricity came back on which was great since they only come out to our remote area once a month. We were very grateful for that since the washer needs repair and we can't use it till then. He diagnosed the problem, and gave us a price for the part and labor after it comes in. We look forward to seeing him back in two weeks.
The guys were very efficient, clean and neat. They made sure that my new oven was installed properly and completely level. Very nice to do business with this company. Much more personal than Lowes or Home Depot.
Love these guys! I love to shop local and it is nice to have such a great resource right here in Jackson! Sarah was very friendly and helpful. I'll be doing all of my appliance related business with Foothill!
