Kevin at American Service Alliance was perfect and the best possible solution to my two appliance issues. I found him via Google because he had the highest rating in my neighborhood. He didn't disappoint and I couldn't be happier. He was responsive and was able to do some simple diagnosis over the phone which allowed him to order parts and schedule the repair quickly. He kept to the timeline he committed, gave me an estimate up front, and made the two repairs (washer and refrigerator), and was out pretty quick. Was exactly what I was looking for. Nice dude too. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would like to recommend Arthur at American Service Alliance as a highly professional appliance repair master. I have invited him to repair my home refrigerator, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour! I gladly recommend Arthur as a great professional to everyone!! He is awesome!!!@@

I was so happy with the service that I decided to write my very first Google review about American Service Alliance. My washer was sounding like a jumbo jet (bad pump). American Service Alliance fixed it up, at a fair price, and also provided some tips on how to keep it running well. I've had a couple of not-so-great experiences with other appliance repair companies before, so it felt great to finally find someone reliable, trustworthy, and definitely deserving of the 5-star ratings. Jones from American Service Alliance is awesome. My dishwasher wouldn't drain. he came out the next day and had it fixed in minutes. Because it was so easy to fix he gave us a discount on the fee. He told us what we can do to avoid this in the future. He even took a few minutes to play with the dog. I will call Jones any time I need appliance repair.

I had an issue with my Sub Zero Fridge. It was leaking water on my wood floors, and I thought it was going to be a major issue. American Service Alliance told me a technician would be at my house between 8 am and 10 am. The technician, Paul arrived at 9:05 am. He told me what was causing the issue and gave me two options. He went about his work. He was clean, nice, and competent. My hope is that my Fridge will be in good working for condition and I should probably do some follow up maintenance. So for now, I give American Service Alliance 5 Stars!
