I probably would not go with this roofing company again. We had a section of our asphalt shingles roof repaired that had a couple leaks. We called Heritage roofing and they gave us a quote for replace 200 sq. feet for $1400. The roofer wrote a contract and we signed it and paid the $100 required deposit. Two weeks past and we did not hear anything, so we called in and the roofer came out the next day on Saturday. He was here for 3 hours and before he left gave us $100 off because it was a smaller area and we paid 1325 total instead. Later that day, I went up to check what was replaced and it measured 40 sq. feet. We called back, and he said he would come out Saturday but never did. We called more, and he did come out the next Saturday and replaced an additional 18 sq. ft.nThe roofer said that 200 sq. feet was an estimate and I understand that, but 40 sq. feet is only 1/5th .nThe roofer did help me for about 10 minutes put some boards in the attic since the roof was open. He also seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly.
We had the Heritage Roofing Inc. install our tile roof a few years ago. After a big storm we noticed a leak and called the team at Heritage Roofing Inc. Greg came out right away and spent over an hour making the repairs and didn't even charge us for his time. I had a truly great customer experience.
When my roof needed replacement, I knew I was going to call Heritage Roofing Inc. What I truly appreciated about the staff at Heritage Roofing was that they were always available at anytime. Also, my completed roof was excellent.
Heritage Roofing stands behind their work -- for that and many other reasons is why we chose to hire them when our roof needed to be replaced. The quotes were comparable but the expertise and professionalism of the staff at Heritage Roofing Inc. sets them apart from the rest.
