My friend recommended that I check this place out for my anniversary ring search. Alyssa greeted my husband and I right away and really warmly. She was very helpful and patient with me, and really understood the type of ring I was looking for. I finally found the perfect one!!!! Along with that, she had Colin the owner look at my current set, and realized that some of my diamonds were loose, as well as recommending a solution to fix some of my diamonds that were catching on things. We were extremely happy with the service, and explanations that we recieved here. We will highly recommend to everyone, and it's especially wonderful to shop locally!!! Thank you guys for exceptional service!!!!

The jewelers at the store are very friendly and really informative w their merchandise. However rather than a different style I wanted a copy of earrings I loved but had wornnTo their demise. Alysa was able to match my style and fabricate the same style but even more beautiful than they had been, in sterling silver and topazes- so warm and brilliant !

She new I was going through a difficult time and she was so concerned about me and wanted to make sure everything would be ok with regards as what I was hoping they could do to help me get my wedding rings so they would fit over my finger that I damaged and left it much larger to where my ring would not fit. My rings turned out beautiful and are now wearable. Everyone did an amazing job that worked on these rings and I am forever grateful for all the work that was involved.nShe was delightful to work with and a true asset to the store. My goal was to replace a chain I recently lost as well as upgrade it to gold. This would be my largest jewelry purchase to date and I knew that I wanted to shop secondhand and support local. I went in looking for estate pieces but unfortunately, they were not showing any at the time. The jeweler kindly went to the back and pulled about 100 different chains matching my description from their estate selection. He patiently went through them with me until I found what I was looking for. After he quoted the piece, I decided I needed time to think it over. They placed it on hold for me and provided all the specs so I could do some more research online. A few days later, I talked with a very kind and friendly sales associate, Alyssa, who felt as though I was talking with a friend I had known for quite some time. After I shared that the price wasn’t within my budget, she talked with the jeweler and they were able to hit my target price. I went in to try on the chain one more time and felt great giving my business to a local store especially after the second warm welcome I received. Alyssa took the other jewelry I was wearing to clean and check any prongs and left me with a cleaning kit of my own. While I waited and browsed, I never felt pressured to make a purchase and the associates were sweet with compliments. One associate had a favorite ring and simply asked if she could see it on me. Admittedly, she knew it wasn’t my style, but she hadn’t seen it on someone’s hand whom it fit yet and thought my hand might have the right proportions. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience and the staff was knowledgeable, especially the jeweler (70 years in business!). Next time I am looking for a new piece, I will be sure to be at their next estate event.

Wonderful service at Caratti! They gave me great tips on how to clean my jewelry and even gave me a cleaning cloth to take home as a courtesy. Would definitely recommend their store based on service and selection of jewelry.
