Joe Cravotta of HIP Renovations was one of three contractors who estimated the removal and replacement of my 40 year old deck. His estimate was the most thorough and professional and I felt the price was reasonable. His team started the work on the agreed date and finished the job in one week. This was not an easy job. Part of the deck cover was supported by the old deck and had to be independently supported while the old deck was being replaced. I also asked that a contiguous walkway be constructed leading from a side door of the house to the deck. Also, the workers determined the old deck had not been adequately supported and added additional concrete and wood supports, all at no additional charge. We couldn't be happier with our new deck and walkway and I would recommend HIP Renovations for any similar project.
