Went back for advice about a small chip that developed in out hand hewn wood floor they installed 2 years ago. Offered to replace the piece of wood under warranty. The initial work was excellent and they are very honest.
We liked the company and the new carpet. It was installed in a timely manner. The person that sold us the carpet and planned the installation did not communicate as often as I would have liked, but he was always available to answer questions.

Esteban and his crew did such a wonderful job on the flooring throughout the whole house. We where so pleased that we set up table and chairs outside and had bought dinner for them to not only to thank them for a wonderful job. but also to let them know we really appreciate there hard & good effort on the job.
