This company has disappointing customer service. We had one of their “designers” come out to our home and help us pick out custom made treatments for a huge window/patio door in our living room area. That visit was a good one. Then after it taking 2 months for our purchase to arrive it arrived damaged. Kudos to the installer whom pointed out the damage as I would have never saw it otherwise. (Reason why they get 2 stars instead of 1) I feel as if I should have gotten a call from the “designer” as a courtesy regarding an apology for the VERY EXPENSIVE product coming damaged. That’s what good customer service is! Instead I heard nothing for another month when I finally received an email from an office clerk stating the replacement had finally arrived and when could they come put it up. Ridiculous. When spending good money on something custom made (or not) a good business would/should reach out to their client and express their apologies. Obviously they feel as if they don’t need my business in the future, or my referrals. They won’t get either from my family.

Had a wonderful experience with Elite Shutters. Very professional and got my shutters in less than 3 weeks. The installer, Bill, was terrific! Worked quickly and cleaned up perfectly. Very impressed with everyone I worked with. LOVE MY SHUTTERS!

We have used Elite Shutters for 2 houses now and have not been disappointed! The customer service is phenomenal and the installation was flawless and easy! Janice was so helpful with picking out what would be best for our home and so patient! Bill did our measurements and install and was so kind and professional. Thank you Elite Shutters!

Marcus gave us honest opinions and a lot of options for shades and shutters that we were looking for the house. He’s a well experienced person and easy to work with. The delivery and installation was as promised. Quality work!

Our whole experience with Elite was just wonderful. This is our first window covering buying experience and what we learnt is unlike appliance or other home goods purchasing, window coverings is not something that you can order online or go to a shop and pick. It is a project in its own right and there is no right or wrong answers in this. It all boils down to one's personal preferences, your budget, how you want to finish your home etc. Elite's design consultant (yes, they are consultants because they try to understand your requirements and recommend you suitable options) played a vital role and helped us make the right decisions. The other very important point is installation in window coverings. You may have the best in class products, but if the installer is not good, everything goes in the drain. Elite's installer was amazing and he did a wonderful job. Overall a 5 star experience. Would definitely recommend. Big shout out for Janice Tracy (our Design Consultant) and Daniel Baca (our Installation Specialist). Thanks Janice and Daniel.
