Delivered at STIHL Northwest a few days after Christmas. Staff did their best to get me unloaded even though I didn't have an appointment (was told I did but didn't check with STIHL, my bad). For that, I want to thank you! Note to other truckers: they are normally strict with appointments so it is advisable to check and make sure you have one set. Dock is located on the south side of the building and is a bit tricky but not to bad.

Not about reviewing this facility, so thats the reason for 5 stars. I have barrowed the same stihl chainsaw 3 times now. 170 model i believe it is. If you like spending 1.5 hours trying to get it to start then buy a stihl chainsaw. If like pulling the crank over 150 times trying to start it, buy a stihl chainsaw. If you want to save on a gym membership buy a stihl chainsaw. No other chainsaw ive ever used took more than 5 pulls.nnFull tank of fuel and oil, chain lock on and off, and even set to start doesnt even try to fire up.
