We had a good experience working with Jer-Ray regarding our need for a replacement dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable about not only the dishwashers, but also the ovens and refrigerators that we also looked at. In the end we opted for a Bosch 500 series.nThe installation was yesterday. Good communication with the install folks regarding date and time... 4 hour window. Installers were experienced, courteous, and efficient.nWe'll certainly make an effort to include Airport Home Appliance when we next need a major household appliance.
I had a great experience. It was very easy. Working with Randy knew what I wanted and Randy took care of me quickly and efficiently. When the installers came to deliver my products. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes outstanding
Overall good experience. Took me 3 calls to reach the sales associate I met when I was inside the showroom. It was starting to feel like I was at Home Depot. But he was helpful when I got a hold of him. The guys who installed my appliances did an awesome job.
Rachel was awesome! She was incredibly patient and helpful finding the suite of appliances I needed. She went above and beyond, as did her manager, Gary, when I had an issue with one of my cabinets. I highly recommend AHP!
This vendor offers a good range of appliances from economical to upscale. We were in need for an upright freezer. They had good selection on line and in store at competitive prices. The salesperson was very open and courteous when I visited. The exact model I wanted was on back order. He described when they would be arriving. It was delivered as promised at the correct time by courteous technicians. A great experience.
