I brought my quilt here over 7 months ago to be quilted. Because the shop is owned by a friend of mine, I told her no big hurry, BIG MISTAKE on my part!! I have called numerous times over the last few months asking if she had completed my quilt. Then I told her over a month ago that I was moving soon out of state. I was hoping she would be able to complete it before the move. Here we are over 6 weeks later and she still never completed it, or even started on it. I am already moved out of state, so sent my husband to pick up the quilt that she had for over 7 months and was unable to complete. What a shame. I'd love to continue to support a friend’s local quilt shop, but the poor customer service here is a deal-breaker.nIf I could give this shop a 0 rating I would. The owner has a total lack of customer service. I had no idea I could get so screwed over by my so-called friend. I doubt she'll be in business much longer at this rate.
I visit this shop often. Kathy has an amazing talent with her quilts. It is a comfortably and homey shop. Go and see it for yourself. I am pretty sure you will be back.
Great little shop friendly and helpful people. They do offer quilting services at great prices.
Great selection of quality fabric very reasonably priced along with needed notions. Affordable items for sale as well as quilting services.
