Nyziq, the technician assigned to our house, was very friendly and professional. He called us before he arrived and explained to us everything he was going to do during the visit. We told him we've been having problems with ants and he made sure he sprayed around their colonies. We weren't able to greet him at the door, but we appreciate him getting right to work when he arrived. And so far, we haven't seen any more ant trails inside or outside of our house. We're very pleased with Terminix.

I have a regular service with Terminix for my general pest control. I am pleased with the service but I have did have one issue with customer service last month. I got it cleared up with one note so I am happy

I called this place for a 1 time service I have since moved to Springfield Missouri and received a email from there tech saying he was on his way to service my old home with I never asked to be placed on a continuous service this was a 1 time spray and I informed them when I called this is one of those companies that once they get your credit card number they force service on you than bill you. This is horrible WARNING WARNING this company forces service contract on you. Don't use or give anything to this company. Warning this company is not cool. Filing complaints and fraud on my credit card.
