We are very happy with the work done by Total Floors. Their service was complete and timely. Patrick was very personable and was always available to answer all of my questions. The installation team led by Kim was knowledgeable and able to deal with an unexpected detail after the carpet was removed. We choose some engineered hardwood that was a good match for other floors in our house. The floor looks beautiful now and we are hoping it will last like the warranty implies.
If I could give Total Floors 10 stars, I would. Patrick and Kam, and their installation team are really the best people you can work with. Seriously - if you are looking for flooring, stop looking, you've found it! They are so knowledgeable and really worked to make sure that we had exactly the right product for our home and exactly the look we wanted. Patrick even curated a small set of samples when I was having a hard time choosing and he found the perfect flooring. Every single interaction we had was followed up with a detailed email summary, estimates and invoices were prompt and accurate and they really treated our project like we were friends.nnOur remodel was delayed due to other vendors (if only we could have done all of our work through this company!), Patrick and Kam worked to make sure they could be responsive and never made us feel bad about rescheduling. They were always working to make things easier for us. Their crew arrived promptly as promised, worked all day, were really friendly and left me with a clear, beautiful work site. The work was done on time and on budget.nnOur floors are beautiful and are my favorite part of our remodel. I would recommend Total Floors to anyone looking for flooring. Their prices are reasonable on top of the excellent service. What more could you want?!
Patrick, Kam and their installation team is the best in their business. Starting from browsing for laminated floor in their showroom in Dublin and all the way to the end there is no hiccup. They provide free estimate, very good and reasonable price. Their time frame also spot on even though we got into a little bump and need quarter round installed. They are so patient with our questions and changes. Thank you so much Total Floor team and we will definitely contact you again if we have any future flooring project.
Total Floors team had done a phenomenal job replacing my entire pet-ruin carpet with fantastically-looking luxury vinyl plank. Patrick not only was very knowledgeable with all the pros and cons of each flooring type, but also was quick to bring out the product matching the desired look and color after I briefly described my environment. Kam and team were quick to perform the site inspection and schedule the installation (unlike other stores that took weeks). The installation team arrived promptly and was highly prepared. It’s such a pleasure watching these professionals at work – the attention to the details, the care for the surrounding area, and the exceptional craftsmanship. The finished floor is beautiful and I am very satisfied. The whole experience was silky-smooth. After scouting nearly all the flooring companies in the area, I would rate Total Floors to be the #1. I would go with Total Floors with any of my future flooring needs.
I had to complete a floor project with adding hardwood floors to 2 bedrooms so I went to all the local floor stores in the Tri-Valley area to match a floor that I purchased 9 years prior and all did their best to match with the floors they had in inventory but none were quite right. I came across Total Floors by accident, talked to Patrick, and he did not have anything in the showroom that was a good match. But what I loved about Patrick was that he was willing to go above and beyond by checking with his vendors to try and find the perfect match. The other floor stores did not even suggest the option even the store that I had originally purchased the floors from. What great customer service! The other wonderful surprise was that all the other floor stores mentioned that it would be 3-4 weeks out for installation, Patrick at Total Floors was able to install on Saturday, 3 days after purchasing the floors. I can’t say enough even about their installation crew, they were amazing and such good attention to detail. Great service, great customer service, and most of all Patrick is fantastic. Go see Patrick at Total Floors you won’t be disappointed!
